Our Kids Mini MMA Classes are designed for children aged 6 to 10 years, providing a fun, energetic and supportive introduction to martial arts.

These classes help children build confidence, discipline, focus and listening skills, while learning the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a safe and positive environment. Training includes basic footwork, fighting stance, movement, blocking punches and practical self-defence, all taught through engaging drills and activities that keep kids motivated and active.

Children also have the opportunity to make new friends, improve coordination and develop healthy habits through regular exercise.

Class Times

Wednesdays & Fridays – 5:00 PM to 5:40 PM

Membership

£40 per month per child

We offer flexible training options:
• Bronze – 1 session per week
• Silver – 2 sessions per week

Additional Sessions

We are also introducing Family MMA group sessions, where parents and children can train together in the same class. Please enquire for more details.
