MMA Class | Beginners

Our Beginners MMA Classes are designed for students aged 12–15/16 years and adults, and are perfect for anyone with no previous martial arts experience.
These sessions focus on teaching the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts, including basic striking, grappling, movement, and conditioning. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, build confidence, support your mental wellbeing, learn practical self-defence, or eventually compete in MMA, our beginner classes provide the perfect starting point.
At Crazy Horse MMA Club, we understand that not everyone wants to compete. Many members simply want to train, stay active, and develop new skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Our aim is to help each student progress at their own pace and achieve their personal goals.
Classes run for 1 hour and students also have the option to combine their training with Ground Fighting and Wrestling classes to develop a complete MMA skill set.
We offer flexible training memberships including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Unlimited plans, allowing you to train as often as suits your schedule.
Members also have access to the fitness gym between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with full access times listed on
