Juniors MMA Classes (Ages 11–15)
Structured MMA training designed for young athletes aged 11–15, focused on developing striking, wrestling and ground fighting skills while improving discipline, coordination and overall fitness in a positive and supportive team environment.
Students are introduced to proper technique, controlled training and confidence-building exercises to help them progress safely within Mixed Martial Arts.
All members also receive access to the weights and cardio gym next door (Monday–Sunday) as part of their MMA membership. Parents or guardians are welcome to use the gym facilities while waiting during class time.
