Intermediate MMA Training (15+)
Designed for students aged 15+ who are ready to progress their MMA skills, these classes focus on developing advanced striking combinations, wrestling control, grappling transitions and controlled sparring preparation.
Training is structured to improve technique, conditioning and fight awareness, helping students build confidence and take their performance to the next level in a disciplined and supportive environment.
All members also receive access to the weights and cardio gym next door (Monday–Sunday) as part of their MMA membership. Members can use the gym facilities before or after training depending on their schedule.
