Intermediate/Advance, MMA Classes are for the students that have been with us since the beginning, and have progressed in there MMA training, or are already at intermediate level when they join us.
Covering all aspects of MMA your classes will have different coaches teaching you different styles of martial arts, working on the matted floor, the wall mats and the open cage/octagon.

The opportunity to be chosen to fight for our club will be there once the Coach's have decided you are ready, and not when you think you are ready* we would never put you in a fight if you wasn't ready, that's dangerous for our student. Our students well being is much more important.
We are happy to put you in inter-comps, and you will gain the experience of a competitive spar, but only when we feel you are ready.

If you are serious about training then why not do our Unlimited package, access to the weights gym, and unlimited access to the clubs classes, and cage/octagon.
