BJJ / MMA Ground Fighting (15+)
This class focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu adapted for Mixed Martial Arts, developing strong ground fighting, grappling control, submissions and positional dominance.
Students learn how to apply wrestling and BJJ techniques in real MMA scenarios, including transitions, control, escapes and ground-and-pound positioning in a structured and safe training environment.
This session is ideal for those looking to improve their grappling ability within MMA, whether for fitness, self-defence or competition progression.
All members also receive access to the weights and cardio gym next door (Monday–Sunday) as part of their MMA membership.
