Beginner MMA Classes (16+)
Perfect for anyone aged 16+ starting their martial arts journey, these classes focus on building a strong foundation in striking, wrestling and ground fighting while improving fitness, confidence and overall conditioning.
No previous experience is required. Training is structured to help beginners learn safely, develop correct technique and progress at their own pace within a supportive environment.
All members also receive access to the weights and cardio gym next door (Monday–Sunday) as part of their MMA membership. Members can use the gym facilities before or after training depending on their schedule.
